E Cigarettes And Vapes – What’s The Difference?

When it comes to vaping, there are so many options to consider; it can seem overwhelming. Essentially vaping is using a device to inhale and exhale vapour. However, lots of devices that offer this service such as a vape pen, vaporiser or e cigarettes. So, which is the right device for your vaping needs?

What are e cigarettes?

An e cigarette is a small vaping device that is designed to look and feel like a regular combustible cigarette. It is thin and lightweight and may help the user to feel like they are still smoking even if they are trying to give up.

The design of e cigarettes makes vaping simple. Traditionally, e-cigs use an e-liquid cartridge which is quick and easy to fill. This is opposed to vaporisers which often require the user to fill a tank. Furthermore, e cigarettes have either a small rechargeable or disposable battery. The whole set up means it is easy to simply press the power button and go, for a hassle-free way to vape.

What are vaporisers?

While e cigarettes work very much on a ‘grab and go’ function, vaporisers usually require a little more personalisation. The user will need to fill the tank of the vaporiser with their e-liquid, rather than using a cartridge. Furthermore, the user will also have to include nicotine (if they choose to) and ensure it is to the required strength. That said, some vaporisers on the market do use pre-filled capsules if you are looking for convenience.

The main difference between e cigarettes and vaporisers is that e-cigs are designed to look, feel and imitate a real cigarette. Vaporisers, on the other hand, tend to be bigger and bulkier. So, if you’re looking for the experience of smoking, without the smoke, then e cigarettes are a great option.

Where to buy vaping products?

Smoko offers a range of e cigarettes and vaporisers so that you can find the perfect product for your needs. With many health scares surrounding e cigarettes you can trust Smoko only to provide safe, high-quality e cigarettes and liquid. Furthermore, Smoko products do not contain vitamin E compounds, which scientists link to many of the recent health scares.

How To Plan Your Ideal Kitchen Extension

Many people dream of the perfect kitchen. After all, the kitchen is the heart of the home. It is used for everyday meals and social occasions. It is no wonder that the kitchen is a space that people want to improve and expand, so they can use the kitchen as more than just a place to cook, but a large, open living space.  So, if you want to improve your living space, read on for a guide to planning a kitchen extension.

1.       Measure your space

It is crucial to understand how much space you have available for your kitchen extension. If you want to avoid the hassle of planning permission, then your (single storey) rear kitchen extension must not extend beyond four meters for a detached house and three metres for a semi-detached house. This height must be less than four metres too.

It is important to assess exactly how much space you need. Remember, the bigger the kitchen extension, the more expensive the build will be.

At this stage, an architect can be instrumental in mapping out your extension, complete with the furniture. They will create a rendering that is to scale so you can make sure you’re happy with the size and layout before proceeding.

2.       Consider natural light and ventilation

One aspect that many people forget about with a kitchen extension is that kitchens will require ventilation. This could be through windows, doors, air vents or perhaps a roof window. Roof windows can be ideal for kitchens as they will allow heat and steam to disperse as they rise. They also allow lots of natural light, help to keep the room cool and remove cooking smells.

3.       Consider the style and key features

Modern to farmhouse, contemporary to country cottage, stylish to cosy; there are lots of different styles to choose from for your kitchen extension. It is wise to think carefully about the style you want and how it will fare over time. You want to make sure you don’t have to continually update your kitchen so that it stays fashionable.

Then, it is crucial to write a list of key features that you want your extension to contain. Writing a list in order of priority will help you to get the best kitchen for your needs. Furthermore, you can discover where you are willing to make compromises too.

Vaser Liposuction

Vaser (Vibration amplification of sound energy at resonance) is a intelligent liposuction procedure that's growing in popularity because of its reduced downtime.

How does VASER Lipo work?

The area to be sculpted or reduced is filled with a special saline and local anaesthetic solution through small incisions (3-6 mm).  This solution also wets and fills the area to be treated, which makes it easier to break up fatty tissue with the VASER Lipo System's ultrasound energy.

The VASER Ultrasound is a small probe that transmits sound energy to break up and emulsify fatty tissue on contact while preserving the other important surrounding tissues.  The VASER probe is especially good for treating shallow and deep fat which will help achieve a smooth finish.

After the VASER process the surgeon sculpts the area using an array of particular suction canulas.

How much fat can be taken with VASER lipo?

There are limits to just how much fatty tissue can be safely removed from the body within one VASER Lipo session.  This is dependent upon your general health, weight and your body fat percent.  There's also a limit as to how much local anaesthetic ( Lidocaine)  can safely be uses in one treatment session.  Lidocaine toxicity is a significant complication and has to be taken quite seriously.

We normally advise no more than about 3.5-4 litres or 4-5% of your body weight eliminated during a session.  If more fat has to be removed or the treatment is limited by a maximum lidocaine dosage another VASER Lipo treatment can be achieved 1-6 weeks later.  Excessive and overly aggressive elimination of fat  can be dangerous to your health and cause seromas, burns, contour irregularities andabnormal looking results that are near impossible to correct.  Treatments require experience and an awareness of the human body's response to these therapies so if necessary, we think it is much better to get a  touch up treatment to optimise your results, rather then risk serious health effects or permanent deformities due to excessive or overly aggressive liposuction.

VASER Liposuction isn't intended as a weight loss solution.  The purpose is to create a slimmer silhouette.  You may not notice a significant quantity of weight loss, but you should be pleased with your slimmer new shape.
